We are so excited to offer the African Juju Hat to our new collection of wall decor!!! The juju hat symbolizes prosperity, and is generally worn by village chiefs in central West Africa. The traditional juju hat is large, round, flat and made of various bird feathers. The village chief traditionally wears the juju hat, but dancers also wear them during important tribal ceremonies.
Today, the juju hat has become a favorite of interior designers because it goes well with many styles of decor — modern urban, shabby chic, rustic farmhouse, contemporary industrial, or a worldly eclectic design. Our juju hat is flat, but fluffy and made of rooster feathers in natural earth tones - black and champagne and is also available in burgundy and royal blue.
